After a long, cold winter, it was great to be back together and reconnect with so many of you. With close to 100 members in the room, our Spring Member Dinner & Industry Update brought strong energy, great engagement, and a clear focus on the issues shaping our industry.
The program kicked off with a legislative and regulatory update from Emilio Petroccione (Petroccione Law Firm) and John Jennings (Harter Secrest & Emery), who broke down the current landscape and key bills affecting our industry, giving members a clear picture of what’s ahead and what to watch.
Chris Havey of OPOC.us followed with an overview of the ESEA Healthcare and Benefits Program, highlighting opportunities for members to better manage costs while strengthening employee benefits.
Nick Crow of Federated Insurance introduced the Risk Management Academy, emphasizing practical strategies around safety, risk reduction, and long-term business protection.
We wrapped up with a market update from Dan Singer of Synergy Commodity, who provided a timely look at NYMEX activity, supply dynamics, and what current market conditions mean for pricing and margins moving forward.
