- New York State Intrastate HOS Waiver – Issued by NYSDOT, modifying 17 NYCRR §820.6 for the intrastate transportation of heating fuels within New York State, effective December 24, 2025 through January 15, 2026.
NYS Winter Fuel HOS Waiver
- Federal (Regional) HOS Waiver – Issued by FMCSA for interstate transportation of heating fuels, including heating oil, propane, and natural gas, and applicable in New York and surrounding states through January 15, 2026.
