Fuel suppliers throughout New York regions are helping local homeowners and renters reduce their annual fossil fuel consumption, heating costs, and greenhouse gas emissions through the Upgrade & Save Energy Efficiency and Safety Rebate Program. This program provides significant savings on biofuel-compatible, high-efficiency home heating systems.

Facilitated by real-time, direct dealer and customer support from PriMedia, the Upgrade and Save Rebate Program processes and tracks thousands of incentivizing rebates for the Oilheat/Bioheat® Fuel industry each year. In partnership with NORA, as well as state and regional associations, PriMedia continually enhances the program and innovates to respond to evolving needs and customizations that support and empower Oilheat/Bioheat® Fuel dealers. Offer your Customers Up to $1,400 in NORA Rebates!
- $900 for the replacement/upgrade of an existing oil-fired boiler or furnace to higher-efficiency energy-saving equipment.
- $500 for the installation of a new aboveground oil storage tank to replace an old aboveground or underground tank.
- Limit of 2 rebates per household.
