ESEA
ESEA's inaugural Generation NEXT Energy Pros Career Fair at Turning Stone received some great media coverage!
WNYT featured students from the Capital Region BOCES HVAC/R program who attended the event, highlighting their opportunity to meet industry professionals, explore career paths and make connections with potential employers.
The Rome Sentinel also covered the career fair, highlighting the approximately 70 students who participated and the growing need for skilled workers in the energy industry. The article included comments from ESEA Executive Director Kris DeLair about the importance of introducing young people to the many career opportunities available in our evolving industry.
It's great to see our workforce development efforts getting this kind of attention and helping showcase the opportunities our industry has to offer.
