Completed Tier II forms are due by March 1, 2026, Petroleum marketers are required every year to report the identity, location, and quantity of hazardous materials. This includes heating oil, propane, and other fuels greater than 10,000 pounds. The EPA fine for violating EPCRA Tier II reporting range between $23,331 to $174,985 per day, per violation.
