Please see the New York State legislative calendar, which marks the first day of the 2026 legislative session on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. The Governor’s State of the State address will be delivered on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. As the legislative session begins, ESEA’s Government Affairs and Public Relations teams will be working diligently on behalf of the liquid fuels industry, advocating for our members and engaging policymakers on issues that impact your businesses. Voluntary contributions to ESEA’s Marketer Defense Fund are critical to supporting these advocacy and public awareness efforts, and a line is included on the 2026 membership dues invoice for members who wish to contribute. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the members who supported the Fund in 2025 for their continued commitment to protecting our industry.
